Fiddlehead is a curled green fern that grows among the ruins of the Ashlands. It is one of the few things in that biome you gather rather than fight, and eaten raw it gives a balanced 30 health and 30 stamina.
How to Get It
Pick the ferns inside and around Ashlands Ruins. Each one drops three Fiddleheads and the patch regrows after a few hours, so you can farm a single ruin on repeat visits. Getting there is the hard part: the Ashlands lies past the Mistlands, across burning seas that will chew up a weak ship. Bring a sturdy hull, and clear the ground around a ruin before you start picking.
