Heart of the Forest is the earliest trinket the forge will make, and it keeps you healing through a fight that has run long. It takes Bronze, Ancient Seeds and a Greydwarf Shaman trophy from the Black Forest. It needs 50 Adrenaline to trigger.
How to Craft
Craft it at a level 1 forge from:
- 5x Bronze: Made at a forge.
- 5x Ancient Seed: Drops from Greydwarf Brutes, and from Greydwarf Nests when you destroy them.
- 1x Greydwarf Shaman Trophy: Drops from the Greydwarf Shaman.

Notes
- Adrenaline only builds while a trinket is equipped. Taking the trinket off stops the build-up but keeps what the bar already holds.
- The trinket you wear sets how much adrenaline the bar can hold.
- The bar starts to drain 6 to 10 seconds after it last went up, and it drains faster the fuller it is.
