Leather Pants squeak when you walk, and that is about the worst you can say of the legwear that gets a new Viking out of the Meadows in one piece. It gives 2 armour, or 8 fully upgraded, and ranks 15th among leg pieces. Worn with the rest of the Leather Armor set, it is part of a 7 armour rating, which turns a 100-damage hit into 93.
How to Craft
- Crafted at a Workbench, station level 2.
- Costs 6x Deer Hide at quality 1.
- You find the materials in the Meadows biome.
When to Use It
Opening hours. Everything it takes comes from the Meadows, so this is gear for a character who has only just stood up.
Upgrades
You can upgrade it 3 times after crafting, and each level needs the station built one step higher than the last. The other figures on this page are for quality 1, so this is the ladder your own copy sits somewhere on:
| Quality | Crafting Station | Armor | Durability | Resources |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Workbench (Level 2) | 2 | 400 |
6x Deer hide |
| 2 | Workbench (Level 3) | 4 | 500 |
|
| 3 | Workbench (Level 4) | 6 | 600 |
|
| 4 | Workbench (Level 5) | 8 | 700 |

Notes
- Heavy chest and leg armor each lower movement speed by 5%, so a full heavy set slows you by 10%.
- Armor lowers physical, fire, frost and lightning damage, but poison and spirit damage go straight through it.
- Each upgrade level adds 2 armor.
