Leather Armor
Leather Armor is the first armour worth crafting, made from Deer Hide at a Workbench, and it is the first set to include a cape.
Its 4 pieces give 7 armour with no movement penalty at all, which is all the Meadows asks for. The set carries no bonus; the armour is the point.
It carries you to the Black Forest and no further. From there the Troll Set doubles it for the cost of 5 trolls, and Bronze Armor does better still if you can spare the copper.
How to Craft
Craft every piece at a level 2 Workbench from:
- 16x Deer Hide: Dropped by deer.
- 5x Bone Fragments: Dropped by skeletons and found in rancid remains.

When to Use It
Opening hours. Deer Hide drops from deer in the Meadows, and Bone Fragments drop from Skeletons and Rancid Remains.
