Pulsating Earrings are made at the black forge from carapace, refined eitr and a gjall trophy, all from the Mistlands. They are made for casters who need their eitr back in the middle of a fight rather than after it, and they need 65 Adrenaline to trigger.
How to Craft
You craft them at a level 1 black forge with this recipe:
- 5x Carapace: dropped by seekers and seeker soldiers in the Mistlands.
- 5x Refined Eitr: refined from sap and soft tissue at an eitr refinery.
- 1x Gjall trophy: dropped by the gjall.

Notes
- Adrenaline only builds up while a trinket is equipped. Taking the trinket off stops the build-up but keeps the adrenaline already gained.
- The equipped trinket decides how much adrenaline the bar can hold.
- The adrenaline bar starts to drain 6 to 10 seconds after it last went up, and it drains faster the fuller it is.
