Resounding Shackle is a trinket, not armour. It is hammered at the black forge from Mistlands eitr and seeker parts, and it only pays out once a fight has run long enough to get your blood up. It needs 75 Adrenaline to trigger.
How to Craft
You craft it at a level 1 black forge with this recipe:
- 5x Refined Eitr: refined from sap and soft tissue at an eitr refinery.
- 5x Scale Hide: dropped by hares in the Mistlands.
- 1x Mandible: dropped by seeker soldiers in the Mistlands.
- 1x Seeker trophy: dropped by the seeker.

Notes
- Adrenaline only builds up while a trinket is equipped. Taking the trinket off stops the build-up but keeps the adrenaline already gained.
- The equipped trinket decides how much adrenaline the bar can hold.
- The adrenaline bar starts to drain 6 to 10 seconds after it last went up, and it drains faster the fuller it is.
