Mandible is prised from the jaws of a Seeker Soldier. Mistlands smiths use it as the cutting edge on a spear, a helmet and the head of a hammer.

How to Get It

---

Seeker Soldiers patrol the Mistlands above ground and crowd the tunnels of Infested Mines. Each one drops a single Mandible whatever its star rating, so a stock builds slowly. Only the fight gates the drop. The shell resists blunt, pierce and slash alike, so the way through is to stagger the creature and strike the abdomen, which takes full damage from every physical type as well as fire, frost and lightning. Mandibles are light and pass through a Portal, so you can bring them straight home instead of hoarding them at a forward camp.
