Enhanced Legendary Griffin Gauntlets are the NG+ Legendary variant of the Enhanced Griffin Gauntlets, medium witcher armor. They give 43 armor at level 19, with +12% sign intensity. They are a New Game Plus piece from Velen at level 18 plus the starting level.
They also give +6% piercing, +6% slashing, +4% monster and +14% elemental resistance. The regular gauntlets give 41 armor and +6% sign intensity. The sign intensity suits a signs build.

The Griffin set is medium armor with five tiers. 3 pieces: after a sign cast in standard mode with stamina, the next sign cast within 3 seconds costs no stamina. 6 pieces: Yrden traps are 40% larger, and inside the trap stamina regeneration rises by 5/s, sign intensity by 100% and damage taken drops by 20%.

- Go just south of Frischlow, where a noonwraith guards the treasure.
- Take the diagram next to the guarded treasure.

The Enhanced Legendary Griffin Gauntlets diagram lies in a small cave by the cemetery in the south of Frischlow. Wraiths overrun this village in Velen, and a noonwraith guards the treasure. The pin marks the diagram spot, a stop of Scavenger Hunt: Griffin School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 2. It is the New Game + counterpart of the Enhanced Griffin Gauntlets diagram and lies at the same spot.
- Buy Edwin Greloff's Second Map from the armorer in Midcopse. It starts Scavenger Hunt: Griffin School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 2 and marks every diagram spot.
- Go to Frischlow and kill the wraiths in the village.
- Head to the cemetery in the south of the village and kill the noonwraith that appears.
- Clear the way into the small cave with Aard.
- Loot the chests inside. One of them holds the Enhanced Legendary Griffin Gauntlets diagram.
