Grandmaster Legendary Wolven Silver Sword is the NG+ Legendary variant of the Grandmaster Wolven Silver Sword, witcher gear from Blood and Wine. It deals 481-587 damage at level 41 and has 3 rune slots. It comes from Toussaint and needs the NG+ starting level plus 40.
It gives +15% sign intensity, +15% adrenaline gain, +15% crit chance and +15% bleeding chance, plus +20% bonus experience from monsters. The regular sword deals 472-576 damage at level 40 with 11% in each of those four bonuses. The mix suits a bleeding hybrid build.

The Wolven set is medium armor with five tiers. 3 pieces: each bleeding effect on an enemy raises sword damage by 1% per set piece. 6 pieces: each adrenaline point raises how many bleeding effects can stack on one enemy.

The pin marks the Termes Palace Ruins in Toussaint. In New Game +, the Grandmaster Legendary Wolven Silver Sword diagram lies on a corpse in the chambers under the ruins, with the steel sword and gauntlets diagrams. A purple ruby opens the way during Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Wolven Gear, and a grandmaster blacksmith crafts the sword from the diagram.
- Speak to Lafargue, the grandmaster smith in Toussaint, and ask about the Wolven gear to start Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Wolven Gear.
- Go to the archeologists' camp next to the Termes Palace Ruins signpost.
- Search the camp with Witcher Senses and read Isabelle Duchamp's journal from the box by the campfire.
- Find the entrance to the chambers under the ruins. A purple barrier blocks it.
- Pick up the purple ruby nearby and use it on the barrier.
- Head down and kill the wraiths, barghests and giant centipedes inside.
- Break the sealed walls with Aard on the way deeper.
- Loot the witcher's remains in the dead-end room for the silver sword diagram.
