Legendary Ursine Silver Sword - Superior is the NG+ variant of Ursine Silver Sword - Superior, witcher gear from the base game. It deals 382-466 damage at level 31, with +23% adrenaline gain and +100% crit damage. Its diagram is in a cave southwest of The Orphans of Crookback Bog in Velen. It needs the NG+ starting level plus 30.
It also gives +5% crit chance, a 13% chance to dismember and +20% bonus experience from monsters, with 3 rune slots. Its damage rises by 9-11 per level. Against the regular Superior sword, it raises adrenaline gain from 15% to 23% and doubles crit damage from 50% to 100%.
Set Bonus
The Ursine set is heavy armor. It has five tiers: Basic at level 20, Enhanced at 25, Superior at 30, Mastercrafted at 34 and Grandmaster at 40. The 3-piece and 6-piece bonuses come from Grandmaster pieces worn as a school set. 3 pieces: when a Quen shield breaks, a new one may be cast at no stamina cost, with a 5% chance per set piece worn. 6 pieces: damage dealt by abilities that involve Quen rises by 200%.

- Take the diagram from the cave southwest of The Orphans of Crookback Bog, the same cave as Contract: Swamp Thing.
- A journeyman blacksmith crafts it.

The pin marks the cave on the edge of the bog southwest of the Orphans of Crookback Bog in Velen, the same cave as Contract: Swamp Thing. The Legendary Ursine Silver Sword - Superior diagram sits in a chest behind a body along the left wall. It replaces the standard diagram at this spot in New Game +, during Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 3.
- Start Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 3 by finding any of its diagrams, or by buying Ibrahim Savi's third map from the armorer at Kaer Trolde.
- Go to the cave southwest of the Orphans of Crookback Bog.
- Use the Eye of Nehaleni on the hidden entrance, or keep heading west to the open entrance.
- Kill the foglets inside. Ignis Fatuus also waits past the open entrance if he is still alive.
- Stick to the left wall to find a body.
- Loot the chest behind the body for the silver sword diagram.
