Legendary Ursine Steel Sword - Enhanced is the NG+ Legendary variant of the Ursine Steel Sword - Enhanced, witcher gear from the base game. It deals 227.2-277.6 damage at level 26 with +22% adrenaline gain and +75% crit damage. It is a Skellige blade for New Game Plus at level 25 plus the starting level.
The regular sword gives +10% adrenaline gain, +25% crit damage and 2 rune slots. This variant has 3 rune slots and keeps +5% bonus experience from humans and nonhumans. The adrenaline gain suits an adrenaline build.
Set Bonus
The Ursine set is heavy armor with five tiers. 3 pieces: when a Quen shield breaks, a new one may cast at no stamina cost, with the chance rising by 5% per set piece. 6 pieces: damage from abilities that involve Quen rises by 200%.

- In NG+, go to Kaer Almhult in Skellige.

The pin marks Kaer Almhult, a former prison on a small island west of Eldberg Lighthouse in Skellige. The Legendary Ursine Steel Sword - Enhanced diagram sits in a chest at the end of a small hallway, up the stairs behind the overturned wagon in the courtyard. It replaces the standard diagram at this spot in New Game +, during Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 2, and a journeyman blacksmith crafts the sword from it.
- Start Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 2 by finding any of its diagrams, or by buying Ibrahim Savi's second map from the armorer at Kaer Trolde.
- Sail to Kaer Almhult, west of Eldberg Lighthouse.
- Fight the pirates and guard dogs in the courtyard.
- From the main entrance, go behind the overturned wagon on the right and climb the stairs.
- Loot the chest at the end of the small hallway for the steel sword diagram.
