Maribor Forest is a potion that speeds up how fast Adrenaline Points build up. This base tier gives 0.15 Adrenaline Point gain, holds 3 charges, lasts 30 seconds per dose and adds 20 Toxicity. It is brewed from the bone marrow of an Alghoul.
Adrenaline Points build up with every blow landed and drop with every hit taken. Several skills spend them, so a faster gain makes those skills available sooner.
Alghoul
The Alghoul is a Necrophage, a larger, stronger and smarter relative of the Ghoul. Alghouls lead Ghoul packs, so it pays to kill them first. They fight with double strength at dusk and at night. They gather on battlefields and wherever corpses lie in shallow graves or are left to rot. Necrophage Oil and the Axii Sign work well against them. Axii also forces an enraged Alghoul to pull in its spines.

Maribor Forest comes in Base, Enhanced and Superior variants. Each one is brewed from the tier below it.

How to Get Maribor Forest
- Get the formula from Otto Bamber at the Herbalist's Hut northeast of Oxenfurt, or from Yolar in the cave beneath Gedyneith on Ard Skellig.
- Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 1 Dwarven Spirit, 3 Berbercane Fruit, 1 Alghoul Bone Marrow and 4 Drowner Tongue.
- Meditate with strong alcohol such as Dwarven Spirit, Alcohest or White Gull in the inventory to refill its charges.
