Nightwraith Decoction is a decoction that raises maximum Vitality with each foe killed. One brew holds 1 charge, a dose lasts 30 minutes, and it adds 50 Toxicity. It is brewed from the mutagen of a Nightwraith.
Every kill adds 50 maximum Vitality, and the bonus lasts until the next meditation or fast travel. Meditating to refill the charge also ends the bonus.
Nightwraith
The Nightwraith is a Specter that looks like a pale, withered woman in a tattered dress. Nightwraiths haunt fields and meadows in the countryside at night. They stay immaterial most of the time. They only take solid form for the moments when they strike. The Yrden Sign and Moon Dust bombs force them into solid form. Specter Oil works well against them.
How to Get Nightwraith Decoction
- Read the book Of Sweat and Blood, or buy the formula from the herbalist at a liberated abandoned site in White Orchard or Velen. It also turns up as random loot.
- Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 1 Dwarven Spirit, 1 Nightwraith Mutagen, 1 Mistletoe and 1 Sewant Mushrooms.
- Meditate with strong alcohol such as Dwarven Spirit, Alcohest or White Gull in the inventory to refill its charge.
