Toussaint Color Guardsman's Boots are the best light boots in the game. Toussaint Color Guardsman's Boots are light boots from Blood and Wine, in Master, Magic and crafted Relic variants. The Relic variant gives 93 armor and +300 vitality at level 42. Its diagram is on the corpse of Votty Gerek in the vampire monster den south of Troubleu. They are late-game boots from Toussaint, arriving between level 38 and 42.

The Relic variant also gives +4% piercing, +5% bludgeoning and +5% slashing resistance, with +15% Bleeding resistance.

The Master variant gives 81 armor at level 38, with +3% bludgeoning and slashing resistance. The Magic variant gives 83 armor at level 39, with +4% bludgeoning and slashing resistance and 1 random Magic effect.

How to Get Toussaint Color Guardsman's Boots

Relic: go to the vampire monster den south of Troubleu, northeast of Basane Farm, and loot the diagram from Votty Gerek's corpse. The same cave is an alternative exit from the Mont Crane Castle dungeons during Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Griffin Gear. An armorer crafts them.
Master: loot the chest in shallow water on the northern edge of the island inside Lac Célavy, or the big chest under a tree at the Pavone Slope abandoned site south of Lac Célavy. Another chest is opposite the graverobber's sack at the start of Turn and Face the Strange.
Magic: loot the sack next to the giant centipede nests during Big Game Hunter, or the sack by the skeleton on a tree near the archespore nest east of Mère-Lachaiselongue Cemetery. Another sack is next to the tent at the hidden treasure marker west of Flovive, where The Black Widow starts.

Notes

In NG+ the Master variant needs the starting level plus 37, the Magic variant plus 38 and the Relic variant plus 41.
