The pin marks an unmarked ruin northeast of Kaer Gelen on Ard Skellig. The Ursine Silver Sword - Enhanced diagram sits in a chest in the last room of the ruins, across from the entrance. Geralt finds it during Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 1.

1. Start Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 1 by finding any of its diagrams, or by buying Ibrahim Savi's first map from the armorer at Kaer Trolde.
2. Go to the unmarked ruin northeast of Kaer Gelen and kill the harpies at the fortress.
3. Head into the interior and kill the alghouls that appear.
4. Make your way through the ruins and the tunnel to the last room, and kill the alghouls there.
5. Loot the chest across from where you entered for the silver sword diagram.
