Ursine Silver Sword - Mastercrafted is the Mastercrafted tier of the Ursine (Bear School) silver sword, a witcher gear item. It deals 409-499 damage at level 34 and gives +75% crit damage. Its diagram is on the small island northeast of Olena's Grove in The Mire, Velen. This one belongs to the late game.
It also gives +20% adrenaline point gain, +5% crit chance, a 14% chance to dismember and +20% bonus experience from monsters. It has 3 rune slots.
The adrenaline gain suits an adrenaline build, in line with the Ursine set's Quen tank bonuses.
Set Bonus
The Ursine set is heavy armor. It has five tiers: Basic at level 20, Enhanced at 25, Superior at 30, Mastercrafted at 34 and Grandmaster at 40. The 3-piece and 6-piece bonuses come from Grandmaster pieces worn as a school set. 3 pieces: when a Quen shield breaks, a new one may be cast at no stamina cost, with a 5% chance per set piece worn. 6 pieces: damage dealt by abilities that involve Quen rises by 200%.

- Start Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4 by finding any of its diagrams, or by buying Ibrahim Savi's fourth map from the armorer at Kaer Trolde.
- Go to the small island northeast of Olena's Grove.
- Destroy the monster nest, or drowners keep coming.
- Loot the chest in the hole beside the rock for the silver sword diagram.

Notes
In NG+ the diagram makes Legendary Ursine Silver Sword - Mastercrafted instead. It needs level 34 plus the NG+ starting level, deals 418-510 damage at level 35 (+9-11 per level), and raises adrenaline gain to 25% and crit damage to 100%.
