- Go to the Coast of Wrecks in Velen.
- Loot the Pirate's Notes from the sleeping mat at the camp on the shore, and read them.
- Swim out to the wreck the notes point to and kill the drowners there.
- Dive to the sunken ship and loot the treasure chest inside.
