Jackson Plains is a stretch of dry land in the southern Badlands, between Night City and the border with Southern California. The Satwave power plant and an idle field of solar arrays fill its north. An abandoned regional airport lies in the south.
History
Highway 101 runs along the western edge of the plains, and the border wall between the two Californias closes off the south.
A thick wall marks the border between North and South California, built to stop smuggling and illegal crossings. The South California border patrol guards the checkpoint with the backing of corporate forces.

Life in Jackson Plains
The southern half holds the regional airport, a working garage and fuel station, the Tango Tors Motel and a Militech detention centre near the border crossing.
Several unique items lie in the area, including pieces of the Nomad and Media sets around the airport and the solar arrays.
