Leon Rinder

Leon Rinder
Type	Side Character
DLC	Phantom Liberty

Leon Rinder is a soldier of BARGHEST and one of its founding members. If insecurity fuels ambition and toxic relationships, then Rinder has driven his whole life on a full tank. He grew up unloved and on the street and learned to hide his fear behind violence. The army gave him the place he never had, and he would give anything for it.

He served under Kurt Hansen in the operation that brought BARGHEST to Night City, and as part of Hansen's original unit he became one of the founders of the militia.

Dogtown

Rinder stays with BARGHEST in Dogtown after the war. Like many of its soldiers, he has cybernetic arms. In one of Mr. Hands's gigs, V must deal with him.
