Story

---

The Dispatcher

The NCPD dispatcher calls all subcontractors to Skyline South. A group of Valentinos is at large, led by Zoe Alonzo. Her record lists armed robbery, extortion, kidnapping and first degree murder. The city offers a reward for taking down her network.

A Dead Cop

A shard holds Zoe's message to Rogelio Cruz. One of his crew, Jose Luis, killed a cop on their turf. The NCPD is angry and will raid them for sure. Rogelio must make all the security footage disappear and remind any witnesses what happens to snitches. He must also tell Jose that he is an idiot, and that Zoe will deal with him herself if he ever pulls a stunt like that again.
