Taylor Gibbs is a former nomad who lives in Dogtown. Long ago he betrayed his own clan to the Raffen Shiv, and his family was slaughtered. Now he scrapes by with his friend Jacob Long. Their plan to steal an airdrop from BARGHEST brings them into the path of V and President Myers.

The Airdrop

Gibbs joins Jacob Long's plan to steal a supply drop from BARGHEST, though he has a bad feeling about it. The two climb an abandoned hotel to get a good view of where the drop will land, and there they run into V and the President, who are hiding in the building.

The Deal

If V and Myers choose to talk, the two men ask for enough money to escape Dogtown and live in comfort. Myers agrees on condition that they help keep the hideout safe. The next morning, Gibbs tells V that the President is waiting and that Long has gone out to see where an airdrop will land.

Gibbs is nervous and wary, haunted by the past he would rather forget. He follows Long's lead even when he doubts it.

If V and Myers make the deal, a BARGHEST unit later finds the hideout through its security footage while V meets Solomon Reed. Gibbs and Long are both killed, and their bodies are left in the hotel lobby. Reed later hints that they were dealt with. V and Myers can also kill the two men right away.
