Tune Up is the first side job of the Delamain storyline. After a rogue Delamain cab wrecks V's car during Human Nature, Delamain, the AI that runs a taxi company, offers compensation and asks V to come to its headquarters in Vista del Rey, Heywood. There, Delamain admits that it has a much bigger problem.
Story
Compensation
Johnny is suspicious in the journal. Fender benders are common in Night City, but a Delamain cab causing one is a first. And now the company wants to pay damages? To Johnny, that is downright suspect: Delamain must have the AI version of a gun to its head, and the message is a coded cry for help. Nobody pays compensation for a little chipped paint.
At Delamain's headquarters on Pajaro Street, V finds a crowd of other citizens who were also hit by rogue cabs and have come to complain. V cuts the queue and talks to the receptionist, who runs on a subroutine of Delamain's core. Once V's identity is confirmed, Delamain itself takes over.
The Rogue Cabs
Delamain sends a drone to lead V to its control room. Some of its cabs have broken away from its control and are wandering the city with minds of their own. Delamain gives V a special scanner to track them down, and the hunt begins in Epistrophy.
