The Wraiths Ghoul is a fast gunfighter of the Wraiths, the gang of outcast nomads that rules the roads around Night City.
Lore
The Wraiths are Raffen Shiv, people thrown out of nomad families for terrible crimes. They live completely outside the law, dealing in theft, murder and chrome smuggling in the Badlands. With nothing left to lose, they fight without mercy.
Behaviour
A Ghoul fights at range with pistols and revolvers, using a Sandevistan to slip between cover in slow time. It throws biohazard grenades that poison anyone caught in the cloud, and can jump high and far. A combat stim keeps it going when hurt.
