The Flame, Grant Me Strength is a Fire Monk incantation in Elden Ring. It shows up mid-run, in Caelid.
Flame, Grant Me Strength is a superior incantation of the Fire Monks, considered forbidden by the guardians of the Flame because its invigorating fire does not burn the caster. For 30 seconds it raises physical and fire attack power, by less against players, and slightly speeds stamina recovery. The boost also applies to physical spells such as Rock Sling, Meteorite, Beast Claw and Bestial Sling, and even to throwing items like Kukris and Gravity Stones. It stacks multiplicatively with Golden Vow, and the Old Lord's Talisman extends it, though as a body buff it will not stack with others of that type. It suits nearly any strength, dexterity or fire build with a little Faith.
Stats
The Flame, Grant Me Strength lights a fire within the caster that raises physical and fire attack power by 20% for 30 seconds and quickens stamina recovery. It costs 28 FP and sits within reach of almost any build, and it stacks with Golden Vow for a larger combined boost.
