Mohgwyn Palace is a ruined island in the depths of the Siofra River, far east of Nokron. A great lake of blood covers much of it. Mohg, Lord of Blood has made the ruins the seat of his coming dynasty. His followers gather here, and abominations lurk in the blood. It is reached late in a run.

Lore
In these lightless depths lies the grave of an ancient civilization. Mohg is building his palace among its ruins, to be the seat of the dynasty he calls Mohgwyn. He stole Miquella from the Haligtree and keeps him here, meaning to raise him as a god.
Geography
The usual way in is a waygate on the western cliffs of the Consecrated Snowfield. It wakes only after a Sanguine Noble's invasion nearby is beaten. The waygate leads to caves on the south-eastern side of the palace and the Palace Approach Ledge-Road Site of Grace. A second way is the Pureblood Knight's Medal from White Mask Varré. It carries the Tarnished straight to the mausoleum entrance.
The slope below the caves leads down to the lake of blood. Albinaurics and other foes crowd its shores, and Nameless White Masks invade. The Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum rises from the western cliffs. A dark cave full of Sanguine Nobles leads up to its courtyard, where Miquella's cocoon rests.
