The Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum is an ancient temple cut into the western cliffs of Mohgwyn Palace. It is the stronghold of Mohg, Lord of Blood and his followers. Miquella's cocoon rests in the open courtyard at its top. Mohg guards it and attacks anyone who comes near. The mausoleum is usually reached late in a run.

Lore
Mohg chose this old temple as the seat of a new Mohgwyn Dynasty. He stole the young Miquella from the Haligtree and brought him here. Mohg means to raise Miquella as a god and rule beside him as his consort. Pilgrims of blood gather in the palace below to serve this dream.
