The Siofra River is a vast underground land beneath Limgrave and Caelid. Its cavern holds forests, ruins and a false sky full of stars. It is one of two great rivers that flow beneath the Lands Between. The Eternal City of Nokron rises above it, and Mohgwyn Palace lies far to the east. Most runs first reach the river in the middle of the game.

Lore
The Siofra is said to be the grave of civilizations that flourished before the Erdtree. Towering remains of an ancient dynasty fill the cavern. Claymen, once that dynasty's priests, still wander among them. Ancestral Followers, spirits of horned people, hunt in the woods.
Geography
The Siofra River Well in Limgrave's Mistwood leads down to the lower river. The Deep Siofra Well in a ravine of Caelid offers a second lift, which needs two Stonesword Keys. The Siofra River Bank Site of Grace opens onto the main cavern. The Hallowhorn Grounds (South) stand nearby. Lighting the beacons of the Worshippers' Woods there calls an Ancestor Spirit.
Nokron, Eternal City looms above the woods. It opens only after Starscourge Radahn falls and a star strikes Limgrave. The Siofra Aqueduct and the northern Hallowhorn Grounds lie in Nokron's upper reaches. A coffin past the aqueduct carries travelers to the Deeproot Depths. Mohgwyn Palace sits on a separate island far to the east. It is reached from the Consecrated Snowfield or with the Pureblood Knight's Medal.
Bosses
The Ancestor Spirit waits in the southern Hallowhorn Grounds, and a Dragonkin Soldier lurks in the lower river. Nokron holds the Mimic Tear, the Valiant Gargoyles and the Regal Ancestor Spirit. Mohg, Lord of Blood rules the palace to the east.
