Nokron, Eternal City is a ruined city of the Nox above the Siofra River, deep under Limgrave. A false sky of stars glitters over its broken streets. The way in opens after Starscourge Radahn falls, when a star strikes the land south of the Mistwood. The city holds the Fingerslayer Blade, a key treasure in Ranni's quest.

Lore
Nokron is one of the Eternal Cities of the Nox. The Nox angered the Greater Will and were banished beneath the earth. The Fingerslayer Blade in Nokron's chair-crypt can wound the Greater Will and its servants. It is proof of the Nox's treason.
Long ago, a band of slaves turned soldiers, the Fallen Hawks, was sent into the Eternal Cities. They found a way in but became trapped after they found the ghostflame. Their spirits still guard the ruins. Sellia, Town of Sorcery, stands above, and its people are said to descend from Nokron's.
Geography
The Tarnished climbs down the Starfall Crater west of Fort Haight. A path along the crater's eastern side leads to the outskirts of the city. The Nokron, Eternal City Site of Grace opens onto its heart. The Mimic Tear waits in a temple ruin beyond. A long stone bridge leads on to Night's Sacred Ground and the Ancestral Woods.
The Siofra Aqueduct stretches north of the city. Two Valiant Gargoyles guard a coffin at its far end that sails to the Deeproot Depths. The northern Hallowhorn Grounds stand nearby. A waygate at the Four Belfries also leads to a small, cut-off corner of the city.
Bosses
The Mimic Tear, the Valiant Gargoyles and the Regal Ancestor Spirit are fought in and around Nokron. A Crucible Knight guards the corner reached from the Four Belfries.
