Fingerslayer Blade is a quest item in Elden Ring. It becomes available partway through a run, in Nokron, Eternal City.

The Fingerslayer Blade is the hidden treasure of Nokron, Eternal City. It is a blood-soaked dagger said to be born of a corpse. It can harm the Greater Will and its servants. Ranni the Witch asks for it in her questline.

Use

Giving the blade to Ranni the Witch at Ranni's Rise earns the Carian Inverted Statue. The statue opens the path from the Carian Study Hall to the Divine Tower of Liurnia. Handing over the blade also ends Preceptor Seluvis's questline.

"The hidden treasure of the Eternal City of Nokron; a blade said to have been born of a corpse. This blood-drenched fetish is proof of the high treason committed by the Eternal City and symbolizes its downfall. Cannot be wielded by those without a fate, but is said to be able to harm the Greater Will and its vassals."

Quest

It belongs to Ranni the Witch's quest. It is brought to Ranni the Witch at Ranni's Rise. She gives the Carian Inverted Statue, which opens the way to the Divine Tower of Liurnia.

How to Get Fingerslayer Blade Guide

Agree to serve Ranni the Witch at Ranni's Rise.
Defeat Starscourge Radahn so that a star falls and opens the way to Nokron, Eternal City.
Travel through Nokron, Eternal City to Night's Sacred Ground.
Open the chest at the base of the giant skeleton statue to take the blade.
Give the blade to Ranni the Witch at Ranni's Rise.

Notes

The chest only opens for those who have entered Ranni the Witch's service.
After the blade is handed over, Preceptor Seluvis is found dead and the quest of Pidia, Carian Servant ends too, so any business with them should be finished first.
