The Sanguine Noble Hood is a helm in Elden Ring. It is a late-game find in the Consecrated Snowfield.
The Sanguine Noble Hood is worn by the nobles who serve Mohg, Lord of Blood, assassins known to strike from pools of blood as missionaries of the gospel of accursed blood. Made of dyed black cloth with gold embroidery, it gives the hooded, cult-like look of the Sanguine Noble who invades near the white trees of the Consecrated Snowfield, guarding a Sending Gate to Mohgwyn Palace. As a helm it is very light and offers little physical protection, though it lifts vitality resistance. It suits bleed and arcane builds, including spectral Ghostblade styles, that want the dark look of Mohg's servants.
