The Scavenger Scrapgun is a Scavenger enemy in Enshrouded, found in the Springlands, Revelwood, Blackmire, the Nomad Highlands, the Kindlewastes, the Albaneve Summits and the Veilwater Basin. The Scavenger Scrapgun is a Scavenger enemy that can be encountered in most biomes throughout Embervale. They wear ragged and torn clothes, and carry large improvised weapons that launch scrap projectiles and explosives. It is weak to ice and Shroud damage.
Where to Find the Scavenger Scrapgun
Scavenger Scrapguns appear in most regions of Embervale, above all in the Kindlewastes, the Nomad Highlands and Revelwood. They also turn up in the Springlands, the Albaneve Summits and the Veilwater Basin. They guard Scavenger camps, abandoned villages, cave passages, hidden temples and Shroud Roots. Many of them join the Scavenger night patrols. They fight from range with scrap and bombs.

Lore
The Scavenger Scrapgun is a Scavenger dressed in torn rags. It carries a large, improvised launcher that fires scrap and explosives. Like all Scavengers, it is one of the humans driven mad by heavy use of the Elixir. They search the ruins left by the mist for anything that helps them survive. The Scrapgun's weapon is pieced together from that salvage.
Notes
The Scrapgun comes in two variants, the Ballista and the Mortar. The Ballista fires a wide cluster of spiked bolts, so distance keeps most of them off. Both variants lob small bombs that blow up after a short fuse, even at melee range. The Mortar also rains several bombs on one spot, so it pays to keep moving. Ice damage hurts both variants most, while fire and poison do less.
