Lore

The descriptions tell of the Scholars of the Empyrean. They held sacred offerings inside the Night Sanctums. Their black-and-gold gloves once carried the knowledge and secrets of humanity. Long journeys wore their hems thin, and their boots carried them through the trapped corridors of the sanctums.

Tips

Cosmetic slots sit over the real armour, so the Scholar Of The Empyrean outfit can be worn on top of any combat set. The pieces are spread over several Night Sanctums in the Nomad Highlands, such as the one south of Lupa's Lair. Night Sanctum doors open only at night and cost a Spark, so a few spare Sparks are worth carrying. The sanctums are full of traps and puzzles. Once found, the outfit can be crafted again by Mei-Yin Chen, the Lunar New Year Trader.
