The Crystal Heart is for the fight you cannot walk away from, the one that grinds on while something large keeps landing blows. The forge sets Mountain crystal and silver around a Stone Golem trophy, and the longer you stand and take hits, the sooner the trinket starts turning them aside. It needs 80 Adrenaline to trigger.
How to Craft
Crafted at a level 1 forge from:
- 5x Silver: Smelted from silver ore in a smelter.
- 5x Crystal: Dropped by stone golems and mined from crystal in the Mountain.
- 1x Stone Golem trophy: Dropped by the stone golem.

Notes
- Adrenaline only builds while a trinket is equipped. Taking the trinket off stops the build-up but keeps what the bar already holds.
- The trinket you wear sets how much adrenaline the bar can hold.
- The bar starts to drain 6 to 10 seconds after it last went up, and it drains faster the fuller it is.
