Deer Meat drops from every Deer in the Meadows and the Black Forest, and raw it does nothing for you. It has to go over a fire before it counts as food.
How to Get It
Hunt deer for it. They bolt at the first sound, so they are far easier to take at range with a Crude Bow than to chase on foot, or you can creep up and stab them while they graze. Each kill drops a cut or two of meat along with the hide. Carry it back to a cooking station, because you cannot eat raw deer meat.
