Assassin's Gauntlets are Relic light gauntlets from the base game, in a crafted variant and a loot variant. Their +10% crit chance is the highest of any gauntlets. The diagram turns up during the treasure hunt Queen Zuleyka's Treasure. The crafted pair is an early-game piece at level 12. Both the diagram and the gauntlets are sold in Novigrad, Oxenfurt and Skellige.

Both variants also give +2% piercing, +2% bludgeoning and +5% slashing resistance, with a +5% chance to find additional herbs.

The crafted variant gives 28-31 armor at level 12, rolled once when the diagram is obtained. The loot variant gives 6-9 armor plus 2 per level.

How to Get Assassin's Gauntlets

Crafted: find the diagram during Queen Zuleyka's Treasure or at a random diagram location. All armorers in Novigrad, Oxenfurt and Skellige sell it, as do the merchant at the sawmill northeast of Rannvaig and the merchant in Mohrin Village.
Loot: take them from Salma's corpse if she is killed during Contract: Deadly Delights. The same merchants sell them, and they also drop as random loot.
