- Speak to the young Eternal Fire priest by the Devil's Pit signpost in Velen to start In the Eternal Fire's Shadow. He gives Geralt the key to the mine.
- Unlock the gate at the bottom of the Devil's Pit and enter the mine.
- Follow the mine to the doors with Reinald's fifth letter pinned to them.
