Grandmaster Legendary Feline Steel Sword is the NG+ variant of the Grandmaster Feline Steel Sword, witcher gear from Blood and Wine. It deals 342.4-418.4 damage at level 41 and has a 15% chance to cause bleeding. Its diagram is in the Pits of Brume in Toussaint. Its requirement is level 40 above the NG+ starting level, which makes it late game.

It also gives +20% Aard sign intensity, +15% crit chance, a 10% chance to dismember and +5% bonus experience from humans and nonhumans, with 3 rune slots. Its damage rises by 7.2-8.8 per level. Against the Grandmaster Feline Steel Sword, it raises Aard sign intensity from 15% to 20% and crit chance from 10% to 15%.

Set Bonus

The Feline set is light armor. It has five tiers: Basic at level 17, Enhanced at 23, Superior at 29, Mastercrafted at 34 and Grandmaster at 40. The 3-piece and 6-piece bonuses come from Grandmaster pieces worn as a school set. 3 pieces: a strong attack raises fast attack damage by 10% per set piece worn, for 5 seconds. 6 pieces: rear attacks deal 50% more damage and stun the target, at a cost of 1 adrenaline point.

How to Get Grandmaster Legendary Feline Steel Sword

Grandmaster Legendary Feline Steel Sword Map Location and Quest Guide

The pin marks the Pits of Brume, a cave northwest of the Trading Post in Toussaint. In New Game +, the Grandmaster Legendary Feline Steel Sword diagram lies deep inside, in a bag with the silver sword and gauntlets diagrams. This cave is the last stop of Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Feline Gear, and a grandmaster blacksmith crafts the sword from the diagram.

  1. Speak to Lafargue, the grandmaster smith in Toussaint, and ask about the Feline gear to start Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Feline Gear.
  2. Go to Bartolomé de Launay's house at Villa Vedette. The front door is locked, so climb the wooden scaffolding to get over the wall.
  3. Kill the bandits in the courtyard.
  4. Enter the house on the north side of the courtyard. Loot the painting for the armor diagram and read the letter to Bartolomé de Launay.
  5. Go to the hanse base at the Arthach Palace Ruins and fight through the bandits.
  6. Loot the chest by the signal fire for the boots and trousers diagrams. Read the Hanse leader's notes.
  7. Find the entrance to the Pits of Brume, northwest of the Trading Post signpost.
  8. Kill the archespores along the cave to its far end.
  9. Loot the steel sword, silver sword and gauntlets diagrams there, and read the witcher's journal.
