Bree Whitney's Apartment is the home of a journalist in Wellsprings, Heywood. Bree investigates a secret Militech site under Dogtown, and she keeps the key to it hidden in her bedroom.
Inside Bree Whitney's Apartment
The apartment is on an upper floor, reached by lift. Its door has to be forced or opened with Technical Ability. Bree hid a Militech access card in a safe box under a bamboo plant in the bedroom, next to her computer.
Her neighbours have noticed that she has not been seen for a while, and that strange people hang around the building.
Jobs
Shot by Both Sides starts here. Mr. Hands sends V to collect the access card, and a worried neighbour stops V at the door on the way out. The card then opens the way into Cynosure Site D, the hidden Militech laboratory where V meets Bree.
