Brennan is a motorcycle maker whose bikes belong to the desert more than to the city. Its model line in Night City is the Apollo, a rugged bike with a big fuel tank and a strong engine. The Apollo is one of the cheapest motorcycles on the Autofixer netpage, so it is often the first bike V can afford. Nomads ride it across the Badlands. The Aldecaldo rider Scorpion rode one, and his bike ends up with V.
History
The in-game Database writes about the Apollo in the voice of a nomad. It admits the bike has neither an elegant design nor a sleek metal finish nor a fancy dashboard. It says only stuck-up city folk care about such things, and the Apollo was made for the desert instead. An oversized fuel tank carries it over long distances without a stop for fuel. Its solid build and suspension soak up bumpy, rocky ground. Its engine is strong enough to outrun a Raffen Shiv convoy.
That picture fits the Apollo's place in the story. Scorpion, whose real name is Driss Meriana, rode with the Aldecaldos. His Apollo carries the clan's decals and a lighter build than the factory bike. Panam Palmer gives it to V at the end of the side job Life During Wartime.
Vehicles
Brennan builds the Apollo line. The Apollo is a light, rear-wheel-drive bike with an off-road heart. Its sturdy frame and suspension take dirt tracks and rough desert ground in stride. Like every motorcycle, it slips through tight spaces and traffic jams that stop a car. It trades the protection of a car body for that speed, so the rider sits open to gunfire and crashes.
The standard Apollo sells on the Autofixer netpage for €$ 30,000 at a low Street Cred level. The Apollo 650-S costs €$ 36,000 and shares the same desert build and oversized tank. Scorpion's Apollo is free, the reward of Life During Wartime.
