Corpo Plaza is the heart of City Center and the seat of corporate power in Night City. Arasaka Tower rises over Memorial Park, surrounded by the headquarters of the biggest corporations in the world. Every building has a checkpoint. Police and corporate guards patrol side by side.
History
The plaza was built on the radioactive rubble left after the Arasaka Towers were destroyed. The construction boom of the 2060s filled it with megastructures that mix neo-postmodern and neo-militarist styles.
Memorial Park was chosen for the city's new metro hub, with a large underground station run by NCART. Shortly before V's story, a clash between Militech and Arasaka damaged the plaza. Rumour credits it to a mercenary named David Martinez.

Life in Corpo Plaza
Few places in the city are as tightly secured. Corporate staff and tourists are the main visitors, and V's Corpo Plaza apartment is one of the most expensive homes in the game.
For a Corpo V, the plaza is where the story begins.
Its giant skyscrapers are a show of economic strength and prestige for corporations such as Arasaka and Militech. Memorial Park forms a huge ring around the corporate headquarters and honours the many victims of the Fourth Corporate War. Every day the plaza fills with corporate staff, police officers and heavily armed corporate guards. Their numbers show that peace and order do not come naturally to Night City.
