The Herrera Outlaw "Weiler" is a hypercar rebuilt for a fight. Armour plating covers the body, the tyres are airless and cannot be shot out, and machine guns are mounted at the front. The glass roof is CrystalDome rather than glass, so nobody outside can see who is inside. El Capitan hands it to V as a reward, which makes it one of the few armed cars that arrives without a price. Muamar Reyes gives the Weiler to V for finishing Baby Let Me Take You.
Performance
All four wheels drive, so the Weiler puts a great deal of power down cleanly and holds the road at speed. It is heavier than the road Outlaw because of the plating, which settles it on a straight and costs it a little in a tight corner.
The tyres are airless, so gunfire cannot flatten them. The machine guns are fixed in the nose and fire straight ahead, which means aiming by pointing the whole car. CrystalDome covers the roof as well as the windscreen.

Lore
The Database tells the car's story as a fairy tale. It asks why the Outlaw "Weiler" comes with CrystalDome technology, and answers: all the better to see enemies with. Then the armour plating and the bulletproof tyres, the better to defend yourself with. Then the machine guns, all the better to destroy your enemies with.
The joke is borrowed from Little Red Riding Hood, and the scene where the wolf answers in the grandmother's bed. Herrera builds the Outlaw as a luxury hypercar. This one was finished by someone expecting trouble.
