Inside Hiromi's Apartment
The penthouse spreads over two floors, with a bar, a balcony and Hiromi's office upstairs. Shutters on the balcony lead straight into the office. Tyger Claws guard the whole floor.
Below the penthouse, a maintenance level controls access to the top of the building, and Clouds takes up a floor of the same tower.
Jobs
In Pisces, Judy Álvarez and the dolls of Clouds plan to take the club from the Tyger Claws. V drops from the roof onto the balcony and fights through to the office. There, Hiromi sits with the bosses Jun Azegami and Marcus Ichida, and Maiko Maeda reveals that she has her own plan. She wants to replace Hiromi and run Clouds under the gang's protection.
