History
Building the Tower
Night Corp and a second corporation pushed the city to build a tower in the district. The local city manager had wanted a bohemian design, but the corporations brushed her vision aside. The tower was built to a plain, practical plan by a nomad building firm, and Aldecaldos guarded the building site.
At the start of the work she called it affordable housing for the hard working people of the district. Her fixed smile afterwards suggested she hoped the whole thing would burn down.
Clouds
In later years Clouds, a dollhouse run by the Tyger Claws, became the best known business in the tower.

Inside Megabuilding H8
The ground floor has food stalls, the main entrance and the lifts. Clouds takes up a whole floor halfway up, next to a few flats and shops. A maintenance floor lower down holds a lift to the roof, but it can only be reached during Judy's jobs. The top floors hold more flats and the penthouse of the Tyger Claws boss Hiromi Sato.
Jobs
The search for Evelyn Parker leads to Clouds in Automatic Love. Judy's jobs later bring her back to the tower. In Ex-Factor she asks for a meeting here early in the morning, and in Pisces she and the dolls of Clouds take over Sato's penthouse in the afternoon. A talking vending machine called Brendan stands by the steps outside the entrance, and he starts Coin Operated Boy.
