The Militech MRE (expired) is a field ration from Dogtown that makes V tougher. Eating it raises V's max Health by a fifth. The ration also makes Health Items less effective while it lasts. The trade suits a character who relies on a large Health pool more than on healing. The Militech MRE (expired) is a Phantom Liberty food that the food vendor in Dogtown sells.
Effect
The ration works for about ten minutes after V eats it. During that time, V's max Health stays higher. Every Health Item restores less Health than usual for the same time. The weaker healing is the price of the larger Health pool.
