Justice Behind Bars is a reported crime in Rancho Coronado, Santo Domingo. It begins with a message on a laptop titled "got a thing". 6th Street bribed a guard at the Militech prison to smuggle goods in ahead of a riot. During the riot, the old boss's people inside were to be killed.
Story
In 6th Street's Pocket
The journal is not surprised that the prison guard was working for 6th Street. But something much bigger was being planned here, and something clearly went wrong.
Zero Tolerance
A shard records Liam Martin and David McBride. Gunner has decided that Morton's people, who are serving time in the Militech prison, have to go. There is zero tolerance for the old guard. A netrunner will hack the prison systems, open the cells and cut the power. Then the gang's men inside start a riot, find Morton's people, and finish them. David knows a guard who will bring in everything they need. The guard is James Benben, and David sends his address.
Got a Thing
The mails on the laptop show the deal with Benben. He will get a cut big enough to end all his doubts. On his way to work, friends will meet him with gifts. He only has to pass the goods around the yard or the kitchen, wherever they will spread. If he keeps his head, he will soon live in a penthouse. Benben agrees. The goods will go to the kitchen, and the inmates will pass them round. David's last line is a warning: snitch, and he hangs.
