Tom's Diner is a retro diner at the corner of Bradbury and Urmland Streets in Little China. It is the first diner of a chain known for its old time feel. Tom himself founded it and still runs it, and it is open around the clock.
History
Tom's Diner is a chain with several diners in Night City, all known for their retro feel from before the Collapse. The one in Little China is the original.
The fixer Faraday once met an Arasaka counterintelligence agent here. Later, a Valentinos techie on the run from Arasaka almost crashed his car near the diner. He stole a car from two nomads who had just eaten there, and the agents chasing him killed the nomads. A crew of criminals also planned a heist at the diner.

Inside Tom's Diner
A giant neon burger sign stands on the roof. It is styled after a kind of food joint that almost no one remembers. Inside, booths, tables and stools at the counter stand on a checkerboard floor.

Goro Takemura asks for a meeting at Tom's Diner in Playing for Time. After that talk, the story opens up into its main paths.
At the diner, Takemura lays out three leads: find Evelyn Parker, track down Anders Hellman, or work with him against Arasaka. A Tarot graffiti for Fool on the Hill, The Chariot, is painted on a wall next to the diner.
