Little China is a crowded sub-district of Watson in the north of Night City, and the place V's story starts. V's apartment is in Megabuilding H10, Viktor Vektor's clinic is a short walk away, and the Afterlife is in the same district. The food, the shop signs and the neon are distinctly Chinese. No gang owns it outright.
History
During the rebuilding of the 2040s, parts of Little China were meant to become a second City Center. Corporations put up skyscrapers and a cluster of high end clinics known as the Med Center, and for a time it was the best place in the city to buy cyberware legally.
At the end of that decade the sub-district filled with immigrants, most of them from the Chinese diaspora, and the name changed with them. Over the following decades it grew overcrowded and lost its exclusive tone.

Life in Little China
Little China mixes everything. Living blocks stand beside expensive condominiums, and illegal gambling dens sit next to the offices of legitimate businesses. Low and mid level workers come here for cheap fun in the casinos and clubs.
For V it is home ground. The early jobs of the story run through its streets, from the clinic on Urmland Street to the bar where Rogue holds court.
Its food, its smells, its neon and its small hidden shops draw crowds from all over the city. Even low ranking corporate staff drop in to gamble, and men in suits walk past homeless people on the same pavement.
Urmland Street is a small, bright and noisy shopping street in Little China. Its shops sell fashionable clothing, flashy cyberware and heavy weapons, among much else.
Gangs
No gang claims Little China as its own, but the Tyger Claws come here to spend their money and their time. Their territory begins next door in Kabuki.
