The Nagakiba is a Katana in Elden Ring. It shows up mid-run, in the Second Church of Marika.

The Nagakiba is a katana with a ferociously long blade, the signature weapon of Yura, hunter of Bloody Fingers, reminiscent of a reinforced spear. Yura leaves it at the Second Church of Marika at the end of his questline, or it can be found at the last place he was met if his quest goes unfinished. Its reach rivals the Hand of Malenia, its two-handed heavy attack is a thrust rather than a vertical slash, and it accepts a wide range of Ashes of War, some normally reserved for smaller weapons. It causes 45 blood loss and reaches B in Dexterity at full upgrade, which makes it a staple for pure Dexterity, pure Arcane and Dexterity and Arcane builds. It suits a Dexterity character who values reach.

How to Get Nagakiba Guide

It is picked up at the end of Bloody Finger Hunter Yura's questline at the Second Church of Marika, or dropped if Yura is killed.

Talk to Bloody Finger Hunter Yura near the Seaside Ruins Site of Grace in Limgrave, or north of Murkwater Cave after Bloody Finger Nerijus invades.
In Liurnia of the Lakes, use the red summon sign on the bridge north of the Main Academy Gate Site of Grace.
Help Yura defeat the Bloody Finger Ravenmount Assassin, then talk to him on the bridge.
Travel to the Second Church of Marika in the Altus Plateau, where Yura lies on the ground.
Talk to him and pick up the Nagakiba.
Reaching the Mountaintops of the Giants ends the questline early; the sword then lies wherever Yura was last met.

Skill

Unsheathe costs 10 / 15 FP. The wielder sheathes the katana at the hip in a composed stance, which costs no FP to hold and can be released without spending any. A normal attack draws the blade for a swift horizontal slash, while a strong attack draws it into a heavy overhead strike, each costing FP. Holding the stance for a moment first lets Rellana's Cameo boost the strikes, and both can be parried. It is the weapon's default Ash of War, so another can take its place.
