The Carian Piercer is a Carian sorcery in Elden Ring. It shows up mid-run, in Liurnia of the Lakes.
Carian Piercer is a sorcery of the Carian royal family, the counterpart to Carian Greatsword and described as highly lethal against single foes riding alone. It conjures a magic greatsword and thrusts it forward to impale a target, and charging lengthens the initial step in and knocks enemies down. Repeated charged casts can keep humanoid enemies pinned to the ground, and the lingering hitbox is useful for catching rolls in PvP. It chains after Carian Greatsword to add a thrust to the moveset, and both the Carian Glintstone Staff and the Godfrey Icon raise its damage. It suits melee-range sorcerers who want a strong single-target poke with solid stance damage.
Effect
Conjures a magic greatsword and thrusts it forward to impale a foe; charging lengthens the step in and knocks enemies down. Each cast costs 17 FP and 25 stamina and takes up one memory slot.
