The Carian Slicer is a Carian sorcery in Elden Ring.
Carian Slicer is a Carian sword sorcery noted as a remarkably effective technique even among its kin. It conjures a short magic sword for a swift sweep that behaves much like a melee attack, coming out without delay after running, jumping, rolling, backstepping or attacking. It deals the most magic damage per FP of any spell and offers some of the highest DPS available, though it brings little poise damage and its staff portion can be parried. Unlike most spells it does not slow Torrent, and the Carian Glintstone Staff boosts its damage. It lets pure casters fight at melee range without a weapon and is regarded as a strong all-round pick for casters in PvP.

How to Get Carian Slicer Guide
Carian Slicer is sold for 1,500 runes by Sorceress Sellen, Miriel, Pastor of Vows or Preceptor Seluvis once one of them is given the Royal House Scroll. If all three teachers die before any of them receives the scroll, it cannot be bought in that playthrough.
- Travel to the Agheel Lake South Site of Grace in Limgrave.
- Head east up the small hill to the enemy camp where sorcerers stand on top of two ruins.
- Climb the easternmost ruin and take the Royal House Scroll from the body beside the sorcerer.
- Give the Royal House Scroll to Sorceress Sellen, Miriel, Pastor of Vows or Preceptor Seluvis.
- Buy Carian Slicer from that teacher for 1,500 runes.
- If that teacher dies later, give their bell bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold to buy it there for the same price.
